1. Returns
1.1. You have 3-5 days to return an item from the date you received it.
1.2. You cannot return bulk items but you can exchange it.
1.3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1.4. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
2.1. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
2.2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Shipping
3.1. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3.2. If you are shipping an item over Rs.300, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Exchanges
4.1. We offer exchanges only, if you need a different size, color or item, please return your original item for an exchange and select the correct item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Exceptions
